At Pothead Culture Clothing LLC, we take pride in the quality of our garments and the integrity of our art. Because our items are often printed to order to support our global community, we have established the following guidelines for returns and refunds.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Defective or Damaged Items: If your gear arrives with a printing error, structural damage, or is the wrong item entirely, we will make it right. Please email us at [Support Email] within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Size Exchanges: To keep our "Global Green" footprint small, we encourage you to check our Size Guide carefully before ordering. Because items are custom-printed, we generally do not accept returns for "buyer's remorse" or incorrect size selection. However, your satisfaction is our priority—contact us and we will see how we can help.
2. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
3. International Shipping & Customs
Pothead Culture Clothing LLC ships worldwide. Please note that we are not responsible for items held by customs or additional import fees/taxes in your home country.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Final Sale or "Limited Drop" items.
Gift cards.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
